The workshop is based on a case study with a large global enterprise. I will outline the problem scenario of that enterprise: organizational constraints and legacy (including Senior Project Manager role). I will give you the PLA role definition: an extended Scrum Master. Then you will propose potential approaches to cope with it. Afterwards I will present the approach from the case study:

— adoption of agility: the PLAs journey from a senior project manager to an agile leader

— success stories of the PLAs:
* aligning the contract with the external service provider to provide stable team, apply planning poker, and send them onsite;
* reshape products to reflect value;
* continuous feedback to executive management requesting business to get involved;
* etc.
